PROFILING MACHINERY

Watson Towers currently boasts an impressive lineup of advanced machinery to meet diverse customer needs. We have two Gemini G32 HPE machines with a bed size of 15,000 x 3,200 mm, designed for high-precision machining tasks. In addition, we feature a Gemini G36 HDX, capable of handling materials up to 250mm thick. This machine comes equipped with a 24-position automatic tool carousel, enabling a wide range of operations including drilling, tapping, beveling, countersinking, counterboring, thread milling, and pocket milling. The 50mm taper ensures superior performance for heavy-duty drilling and milling, making it a versatile asset for complex projects.

PLASMA & MACHINE BEVELLING

We can offer bevel cut parts from -45 to +45, and offer multi-pass bevelling for V, X, & K cuts up to 35mm thick, as well as having the ability to cut up to 50mm thick vertically. Furthermore, we also offer machined finished bevels in-house if required.

CNC GAS PROFILING

Using our top of the range CNC gas cutting machines, we can accurately profile from 1mm to 1000mm thick, up to 30m in length, and a maximum width of 5m.
